Since 2016 Randy Sams has received funding through a grant partnership with the city of Texarkana, Texas and Mission Texarkana to assist homeless individuals in regaining housing. The program enables us to assist in paying rent, security deposits, utility assistance, and putting on finance management, budgeting, and healthy life-skills classes. Our staff and volunteers will help you replenish your income and teach you how to spend money wisely to keep yourself out of debt.
