May 16, 2023 marks the 30th anniversary of the death of Randy Sams. He died on May 16, 1993 in a tragic auto accident. Randy had such a heart for the homeless and those less fortunate that his family decided to begin the Randy Sams Outreach Shelter in his memory. So many people have been helped in the 30 years since this tragic event.
