A Free Women's and Men's Shelter For Adults 18 and Up

Randy Sams Outreach Shelter, Inc is a low-barrier homeless shelter. Our primary mission is to provide temporary shelter, food, and clothing to adults ages 18 and up experiencing homelessness. Our secondary mission is to provide them with the tools and resources they need to regain their independence and to identify and reach any goals that will help them live a healthier, more satisfying life. We provide shelter for stays of 90 days or less

During their stay, our residents will have access to:

• Life skills classes
• Job training programs
• Transportation to Narcotics and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings"
• Church services
• Residential Case Management
• Local and Long Distance Transportation
• CoC Doorways
• Rapid Rehousing ProgramLab
• Resource Acquisition

Residents are required to pass a breathalyzer screening upon initial and subsequent entry daily. Random, periodic drug testing is administered, and 3 meals a day, clothing, and laundry service are provided.

We have a rotating chore list that we divide among our residents. At 6 p.m. sharp, we require that everyone be present and accounted

ID is NOT required to check-in and new clients can check in around the clock, 7 days per week. We also don't require social security cards or extra changes of clothing.
